Q2’s Caliper SDK Training

What to Expect

FAQs

How is the training formatted?

This is a three-day immersive course that gives participants access to the SDK environment and guided practice with the technology. Our exact schedule is subject to change based on participants’ unique roles, experience, and interests, but we ensure that all relevant information is covered regardless of how we tailor the material.

What’s the main objective of the training?

Our goal for this course is that all participants are given the tools, best practices, and know-how to confidently navigate and utilize the Caliper SDK for their dynamic development needs. By the end of the course, participants will be equipped with a practical solution for a real business problem they identified at the start.

Is this training fit for all skill levels?

Yes, all skill levels are encouraged. But please keep in mind that we won’t cover programming fundamentals in this training. So although it’s not required, experience in Python or JavaScript will be hugely helpful given that this is a coding class. Our documentation has some recommendations on getting started with Python and Javascript.

Will I get hands-on experience with the Caliper SDK?

Yes. There will be ample opportunity for hands-on keyboard time with the product, guided by knowledgeable Q2 team members who can help tailor your usage to your specific needs.

Will I receive recordings of the course material?

Yes, we provide recordings of the training via email so that you can be as engaged as possible during the class itself. Instead of taking notes or trying to duplicate the lessons in your own code, we highly encourage you to listen, internalize the concepts and design, and ask questions as you follow along with us.
